At Remarkable You Occupational Therapy, we are passionate about using a family-focused approach. We prioritise working in partnership with you, the parent/carer, not in isolation with your child. So everyone learns and grows together, gaining confidence along the way.
Director & Occupational Therapist
I’m a Mum to two boys, and I love hanging out with my family, travelling to new places and walking on the beach. I started Remarkable You OT after my family’s personal experience of neurodiversity. It has given me greater empathy for the journey parents go on as they learn how to support their child’s differences and connect to their strengths. Together we share a common goal to see our children flourish as they learn just how remarkable they are!
Our Occupational Therapy Team
Allied Health Assistant
I’m a Mum to two girls and a boy, and when I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, having fun together at the beach. I’ve been a qualified AHA since 2005, working alongside OTs, speech pathologists and physiotherapists in a special school environment before spending some time as a stay-at-home mum. I am passionate about equipping children and their families with the tools needed to reach developmental and lifestyle goals. The best part of my job is seeing remarkable children expand their abilities and strengthen their capacity to develop new skills.
I love singing, dancing, and playing the guitar and ukulele. If I’m not doing something musical, you’ll find me running or bouldering. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree of Occupational Therapy at the Australian Catholic University and am passionate about creating a safe environment where children and families can work towards achieving their goals. The best part of my job is taking a fun and creative approach to therapy and bringing a child’s interests into the sessions. It makes it more enjoyable for them and helps us build a stronger connection.
I love to be active and adventurous and spend most of my time outside of work exploring new places whether that is across the country or the hidden places in my own neighbourhood. I have a strong passion for helping children and their families to engage in the activities they wish to and need to do and to be welcomed and valued within their community. The best part of my job is building connections with the families I work with and being a cheerleader for the big and small wins for both the child and their family.
I love to explore new places and keep active. When I’m not working you will find me spending time with my husband, young son and golden retriever. I am passionate about supporting children to achieve their potential and participate in all aspects of their life by working with the child and their family as a whole. The best part of my job is getting to know a child and their family, and creatively harnessing a child’s interests and strengths to support them to achieve their goals.
I am a Mum to 4 grown-up kids. I am passionate about working with children and love to draw, paint and spend time in my garden.
I enjoy exploring outdoors and being in nature. I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for children to have fun, be themselves, grow and learn. The best part about my job is supporting and empowering children and families to achieve goals which are meaningful to them and have fun while doing so.
I love the outdoors and going on fun adventures. When I’m not at work, I will often be spending my time exploring new places or at the beach. I am passionate about supporting children and their families to reach their full potential and engage in the activities they want to and need to in all aspects of their life. The best part of my job is creating meaningful connections with families, and utilising the child’s interests to make therapy sessions fun and engaging to support them to reach their goals.
I am passionate about working collaboratively with children and their families to help them reach their potential within everyday activities and building confidence for daily life. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and walking my dog. The best part of my job is celebrating both small and big wins with families along their journey.
Our Client Care Team
I am a Mum of three who loves art galleries, museums, lego creations, and hiking. I enjoy supporting the great team at Remarkable You OT, because I love organising and helping everyone be on the same page. Being good at my job means your OT/ AHA has less admin on their plate so they can be more available for you and your family.
